He has 15 years of experience and has participated in many Gastronomic Festivals in some countries in Central and South America. In the menu which stands out are the chef’s specialities like: Lobster Tail with white wine, olives and anchovies, Blanqué Seafood with white sauce and Chardonay, Grilled New York Steak and infinity of plates to delight all your senses with the world’s flavours.

Ánfora Restaurant is located in front of the gardens and the hotel’s pool and it’s open since 6:00 in the morning until 12:00 middle night, seven days of the week.
